KELLOGG’s, a Social Corporate Responsibility Organization

The real secret for a sustainable leadership company is the application of code of ethics in their procedures and that is the situation of Kellogg’s which was established with a focus on health and wellness that every day is possible to recognize by delivering healthy products.

Kellogg’s social corporate responsibility is implemented by social programs such as the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, participation as contributor to fight hunger with nonprofit organizations such as United Way, America’s Second Harvest and Action for Health Kids, procurements policies, work-life balance to employees, the investments in research and development departments to produce nutritional quality Kellogg’s products and sustainable production with the slogan “produce more with less.”

Kellogg’s responsibility must be considered as a model for organizations considering that nowadays, we are living in a world where most of the organizations care most about earning profits than the well-being of society and environment.
