He always views impossible as just another business opportunity. His measure of success is creating a business whose practices are completely different from the way others do things, whose staff can be proud, and whose product or service makes a positive impact on consumers. His weird ability to take customers’ opinion and use it for profit is unique. It is all about treating them as you wished to be treated.
Do you want to be successful? Do it, don’t let others take advantage of you. If you want it, you take it!; if there is something already developed, you go for it and do it better! Mr. Branson’s credo is “if you know one business, you know any business”, and that is all about, to take the risk and see what happens.
